Many licensed medical doctors refer their toughest cases to Dr. Cindy. Under the supervision of and in consultation with the referring physicians, Dr. Cindy combines hormone balancing, gut health, and nutritional changes to develop a treatment plan for these particularly complicated cases. Based on blood work and other test results processed by the referring physicians, Dr. Cindy collaborates with the medical doctors to adjust the patients’ diets, add natural supplements, and devise other strategies to get patients back on the road to better health.

Back in the year 2002, the struggle became real for Cindy Lane Ross when her appearance matched her physical pain and mental state. Cindy had just been diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis, which explained where the crippling and constant joint pain she had been experiencing. She had also been coping with the death of her mother and younger brother, and had gained over 100 pounds in the process.

Cindy recognized her sadness as an opportunity to make a life change. This was her official invitation to self-discovery. Cindy felt the desire to learn more about herself and how to beat the disease that made her feel immobile. And she wanted to help people who were also struggling with their health and happiness.

The first step began with more education. She went back to college and earned a specialized degree in exercise science with an emphasis in cardiac / pulmonary rehab. Cindy then earned numerous certifications in fitness and nutrition, including specialized certification in diabetes health.

With the momentum from earning her degree, Cindy and her husband, Jason Ross, opened their fitness center “Bodies By Cindy” in 2006 to help people who struggled with weight gain resulting from medical issues.

Through years of travel, Cindy found a strong urge to help people not just on a local level, but global too. So, in 2016, Cindy and Jason sold their Mobile, Alabama gym to bring their brand of wellness to other parts of the world.

 

Combining their love for travel and fitness, Cindy and Jason are now teaching fitness classes throughout the world and blogging about their adventures through their travel business, Stash Your Bag.

Finding language barriers are broken through fitness, Cindy doesn’t just teach her students a workout regimen, she also promotes wellness through instructional videos on what to buy at the grocery stores, how to prepare foods with her cookbook, and a video cooking series.

From the moment that Cindy Lane Ross began her personal journey, she has built multiple successful businesses, including a social media marketing firm, Socialize Your Bizness, Stash Your Bag Travel Agency; and numerous products for the fitness industry.
