This plan is customized to your lifestyle, goals and where you are now. I create a meal plan which is uploaded into the nutrition portal for you to follow. I will provide supplement suggestions and workout routines. Each week you follow up with me so I can keep track of your progress. You would send me front, side and back shots as well as your current weight. Then week by week I will make tweaks as needed while I see how your body reacts and changes.

*30 Min Consultation-Each week you will make a 30 min face to face appointment with me via ZOOM and we will discuss your progression, setbacks, and all questions you may have
