Description
Two days submersion into Cindy Ross’s lifestyle and learning the most cutting edge training and nutrition techniques from the woman herself.
What to expect:
3 workouts in two days.
Cindy will spend 2hrs daily “lecturing”. Day 1 is nutrition focused. Day 2 training focused.
Open forum Q&A
Enjoy one breakfast, one lunch, and one dinner (see itinerary) with Cindy and use this time to get to know her personally and ask any questions you might have.
Itinerary:
Day 1
Breakfast with Cindy 8am
Workout ONE 10-1130am
Workout TWO 4pm-5pm
LECTURE/DISCUSSION-Custom Nutrition 6-8pm
Day 2
Workout 10am
Lunch with Cindy 1pm
LECTURE/DISCUSSION Training Science 2pm-4pm
FINALE DINNER with Cindy 7pm
(Days typically last 8-10hr. Times and daily schedule is flexible and can be discussed to accommodate flights etc.).
